Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about REAIGENT7 — the AI, the public data it draws on, and how the platform fits into your workflow.

What is REAIGENT7?

REAIGENT7 is a listing platform for real estate agents — where every page answers buyer questions with 25+ public government, academic, and industry research datasets (FEMA, NOAA, Census, NCES, and more). AI handles the questions; the agent owns the relationship. Direct buyer contact forms, marketing tools, and lead management built in. No competing agents on your listing, no per-ZIP fees, no referral fees on close.

Is it REAGENT7 or REAIGENT7?

It’s REAIGENT7 — “agent” with AI inside it, short for real estate AI agent. Plenty of people type it as reagent7, reagent 7, or re-aigent7, and that’s fine: you’re in the right place, and the official site is always reaigent7.com.

How does REAIGENT7 work for real estate agents?

Agents upload a property document — MLS sheet, flyer, appraisal, or any PDF — or enter listing details manually. REAIGENT7 creates a professional listing page they control in minutes. Every page includes AI chat that answers buyer questions 24/7, direct buyer contact forms, a photo gallery, and area insights. Works for MLS listings, pocket listings, off-market properties, and rentals. Agents share their link on social media, yard signs, email, and open-house flyers — and every buyer lands on their page.

How much does REAIGENT7 cost?

The Standard plan is $79/month (or $790/year — 2 months free) for up to 5 active listings. The Pro plan is $129/month (or $1,290/year — 2 months free) for up to 15 active listings. Both start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, and all features are included on every plan. Teams and brokerages are $119 per seat/month (or $1,190 per seat/year) — every seat is a full Pro seat with an even higher pooled listing allowance (18 per seat vs Pro's 15); Team plans bill from day one, with no trial.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. You can build listing pages, invite buyers, and collect leads without adding a payment method. You only add billing if you want the AI to keep answering and to publish new listings after the trial — your pages and leads stay live either way.

Can buyers ask questions about a property on REAIGENT7?

Yes. Every REAIGENT7 listing page has an AI chat assistant grounded in the real property data the listing agent provides. Buyers can ask about pricing, square footage, HOA fees, neighborhood information, disclosure history, schools, and more. For binding decisions like offers, pricing negotiations, and legal matters, the AI defers to the licensed agent.

How does the AI know about my listing?

When you upload an MLS sheet, flyer, or property document, REAIGENT7 extracts the facts — price, beds, baths, square footage, features, HOA, condition — and uses them to ground a per-listing AI assistant. You can edit any extracted field before publishing. The assistant answers from those facts plus the public area data for the listing’s ZIP; when it doesn’t have an answer, it’s instructed to say so and point the buyer to you rather than guess, and the listing chat carries an informational-only, verify-with-the-agent disclaimer.

Where do leads from my listing pages go?

Directly to you. Every lead — whether from the AI chat, a contact form, a showing request, or an open-house sign-in — lands in your dashboard and your inbox. REAIGENT7 does not sell buyer information, does not route buyers to competing agents, and does not charge referral fees on leads.

Does REAIGENT7 replace me as the agent?

No. The AI answers buyer questions about the property and area — schools, flood risk, climate, commute, HOA — and captures qualification info (budget, timeline, financing) during natural conversation. It doesn’t run multi-month nurture campaigns or pretend to be the agent. When a buyer wants to engage with a real person, that’s you — with the AI’s conversation context already in your dashboard so you start a real conversation, not from scratch.

Can I use REAIGENT7 for pocket listings or off-market properties?

Yes. REAIGENT7 works for MLS listings, pocket listings, pre-MLS properties, and off-market sales. You control privacy settings per listing — you can keep a listing out of public discovery (search engines and the sitemap) while keeping a direct share link or embed for targeted outreach.

What happens to my listings if I downgrade or cancel?

If you downgrade, your listings above the new plan’s limit are automatically unpublished (not deleted) on the day the downgrade takes effect — you can republish them if you upgrade again. If you cancel, once your paid period ends your 2 newest listings stay published (lead forms keep working; AI chat, creating and publishing listings, uploads, and AI content tools pause) and the rest are unpublished, never deleted — your data is retained, so you can resubscribe anytime to republish the rest. You can also delete your account entirely from Settings, which removes all data permanently.

How does lead pre-qualification actually work?

When a buyer chats with the AI, it naturally weaves in a few qualification questions based on context — budget range, timeline, financing type (cash, conventional, FHA, VA), and pre-approval status. The AI only asks about financial readiness and timeline; it never asks about family size, children, marital status, or any protected class. Qualified leads are flagged in your dashboard so you can prioritize serious buyers over casual browsers.

How fast can I set up a listing?

Go live in under five minutes. Upload an MLS sheet, flyer, or appraisal and the AI extracts the address, price, beds, baths, square footage, HOA, and school district automatically. You review the extracted facts, add photos, and publish. Manual entry also works if you prefer.

Can I send open house reports to sellers?

Yes. After every open house, you can send the seller a professional report with sign-in counts, top buyer questions, AI-identified gaps in the listing, and engagement insights — no buyer PII included. It’s a strong tool for listing presentations: show prospective sellers the real-time insights they’ll get on their own property.

How do I get my listing page in front of buyers?

Every listing comes with a QR code, direct share links, and embed codes for your website or blog. The Share hub also includes social caption and email drafts you can customize. Print the QR code on yard signs, flyers, and open-house handouts so buyers can scan and chat with the AI instantly.
